Payments and refunds

These Rules are an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

1.1. You pay for the Services: access to AI Models via the chat, API and Slafy IDE. The payment is credited to your account balance in tokens, which are debited for each request at the rates given on the Pricing page.

1.2. Tokens are notional units for accounting for the volume of Services. They are not money, currency or a means of payment and may not be exchanged for money, withdrawn from the Service or transferred to other users.

1.3. Prices are shown in rubles. The final amount to be charged is displayed before you confirm the payment.

2. Who the seller is

2.1. The seller is specified in the “Parties” section of the Terms of Service.

3. Payment amount

3.1. The minimum payment amount when paying by a card issued in the Russian Federation is 100 rubles.

4. Payer's age

4.1. Payment is available to persons who have reached the age of 18. By making a payment, you confirm your age.

4.2. If a payment was made by a minor without the consent of their legal representatives, a request from the legal representative is considered as a priority, and if the circumstances are confirmed, the funds are refunded.

5. When the service is deemed rendered

5.1. Tokens are credited automatically after payment is received, usually immediately, within no more than 24 hours.

5.2. Tokens are debited when an AI Model is accessed. The exact amount debited is shown under each response in the chat and in the request history. Requests that end with an error are not charged.

5.3. If tokens were not credited for technical reasons, the funds are refunded in full within no more than 10 business days.

6. Refunds

6.1. Before the tokens are credited, you may withdraw from the contract and receive the full amount paid.

6.2. After the tokens are credited, you may withdraw from the contract provided that the expenses actually incurred, including payment service fees, are reimbursed. Legal basis: Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

6.3. The unspent balance of paid tokens is refundable at the rate at which they were purchased, less the expenses actually incurred. Spent tokens are not refundable, since the corresponding service has been rendered and consumed. Tokens credited free of charge, including upon registration, are not refundable.

6.4. If your account is permanently blocked for violating the Terms of Service, you may request a refund of the unspent balance in accordance with Clause 6.3.

7. How to request a refund

7.1. Send a request to support@slafy.co stating: the date and amount of the payment, the account username, the payment method and the reason for the request.

7.2. The review period is 10 business days from receipt of the request.

7.3. The refund is made by the same method that was used for payment. The time it takes to arrive depends on the issuing bank and is usually 3 to 30 days.

7.4. If you disagree with the decision, send a claim to the same address. The response period for a claim is 30 calendar days. You may also apply to Rospotrebnadzor (the Russian consumer protection authority) and to the court.

8. Disputed transactions

8.1. If you don't recognize a payment, write to us first. In most cases the issue is resolved faster than by disputing it with your bank.

8.2. If a payment is disputed through the bank, use of the paid balance is suspended until the dispute is resolved.

9. Payment security

9.1. Bank card details are entered on a secure page of the payment service. The Service does not receive or store card details.

9.2. The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS.

10. Restrictions

10.1. Payment is unavailable from territories subject to restrictions of payment systems or applicable law.
